Most families reach us in the days after a hospital or rehab discharge, and that is rarely a good week to be driving across town for a meeting. We can do the care consultation at the bedside, in the hospital or at the rehab facility, free of charge, and help with transport home when that is the right move.

We work alongside independent living, assisted living and memory care communities across East Multnomah County as well, so moving does not have to mean starting over with a new set of faces.

Corrin has been caring for others for as long as she can remember. Her journey has taken her through many roles in the caregiving world, from hands-on caregiver to scheduler and beyond, giving her a unique understanding of both the people receiving care and the families who depend on it. She knows that great care is built on trust, consistency, communication and genuine human connection.

For Corrin, caring is not simply a job. It is part of who she is. She believes every person deserves to feel heard, respected and valued, especially during seasons of life when they may need a little extra support. Her experience has taught her that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference, and she brings that heart, experience and commitment to every family she serves.

Yes. Hospital and rehab discharge is when most families reach us. We are able to do bedside care consultations at the hospital or rehab center. These are all free of charge, and we are always happy to discuss options and help with transporting our client home when appropriate.
