What does it cost?
The franchise fee is $45,000. Total investment runs from $82,000 to $284,000, and the range is wide because it depends on your market, your office space and how quickly you staff up. The Franchise Disclosure Document breaks that figure down line by line.
What is the royalty?
Six percent. The Franchise Disclosure Document sets out exactly how it is calculated and when it is paid.
How soon could I take my first client?
That is set by your state rather than by us. In-home care is licensed state by state, and the licence is what governs your opening date more than anything in the build-out. Oregon runs through the Department of Human Services; other states have their own process and their own clock. We will walk you through what yours looks like before you commit to anything.
What does corporate carry, and what is mine to build?
Corporate owns the technology stack, the customer relationship system, the caregiver training program and the call center that answers for your territory around the clock. Yours is the part that actually grows a territory: hiring well, and building relationships with the hospitals, rehab units, care managers and families in your own community.
