A Care Navigator takes the time to listen, understand your needs and answer your questions, so you feel informed, supported and confident about the next steps. It usually takes about an hour, give or take.
With input from the client and family, we clearly outline what care is needed, the expected cost, and which benefits you may qualify for, all provided in writing, so you have the information you need before making any decisions.
